(CLP) is the successor company of Simmons Electrical Corporation (SEC), which was incorporated in 1977 and performed over $250 million in electrical engineering and construction projects throughout the western United States. From 1990 forward the corporate focus has been to own, develop, upgrade, construct and maintain overhead and underground high voltage distribution systems, street lighting systems and power generation facilities.
