- Empower Hispanic technology professionals to accelerate leadership capacity through access to a network of business leaders and decision-makers at the highest levels of the global economy.
- Provide culturally relevant leadership development, educational programming, and mentoring.
- Inspire Hispanic students and professionals to develop confidence and a path to their ambitions while positively impacting lasting equity for our shared community.
HITEC provides culturally relevant leadership development, educational programming, and mentoring. Corporate Partners get exclusive access to HITEC’s proprietary leadership development programming.

Pave the way for future tech leaders. Your tax-deductible donation will help students pay for their higher education. Donations can be made via the GiveButter donation form on the left, or by mailing a check to the Foundation.
Scholarships provide our students financial support to pursue their dreams.
We’re dedicated to investing in the next generation of Hispanic technology professionals. We help young, bright students get the education they need to achieve their dreams. Since 2017, our scholarship program has awarded 163 scholarships totaling $815,000. Scholars also have access to mentorship through HITEC.
