Job Summary Must be able to operate manual lam machinery in an efficient manner. This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. This person will be responsible for producing high quality lamination for the next internal customer. Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Read a tape measure Load blanks onto drive arbor and stack completed lam in a prescribed manner Comply with company quality and safety guidelines Perform other duties as prescribed by supervisor Work well with others Do visual inspection of parts and detect defects Read prints and related work instructions Maintain a clean and orderly work area COMPETENCIES: Minimum Strong attention to detail Self motivated Dependability Preferred Ability to work independently TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Basic Computer Skills QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: None Preferred Qualifications: Previous employment in manufacturing Ability to work in a team oriented setting Good communication skills both verbal and written PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
