The Administrative Associate II will provides administrative support for the Patient Flow Capacity Center. You will assist in organizing and scheduling conferences, seminars and other department programs or events. Along with maintaining calendars for physician/supervisors, departmental files, records and databases. You will provide positive and effective customer service that supports department and hospital operations. The daily functions of the role directly support inpatient operations in an on-site setting. Regular, direct contact with patients, families, and/or staff in an inpatient setting or in procedural areas that may be staffed 24/7 to support the delivery of patient care in the hospital environment is required for this role.
