POSITION PURPOSE: The Union Employee at Old World Industries is responsible for the manufacturing and supporting of our finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, repeated motions, and frequent lifting. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. Conduct routine quality checks to maintain product specifications. Follow operating procedures to meet production goals. Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Coordinate usage of materials, packaging, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Record and report production data as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: HS Diploma or GED Preferred Basic understanding of production processes and machinery. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.t Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
