What You'll Do Under the direction of the Leave of Absence Program Supervisor, the HR Benefits Specialist will collaborate with a third-party vendor to effectively administer leave of absence requests from faculty, staff, and union members. Duties and Responsibilities: * Communicates leave policies, as well as federal and state leave laws and collective bargaining agreements applicable to university faculty and staff. What We're Looking For Basic Requirements: New England-based candidates preferred * At least 3 years of leave administration experience Pay Range Minimum $58,750.00, Midpoint $73,550.00, Maximum $88,300.00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. |
