Join Our Mission The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in supporting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in their daily operations of the department including generating reports, organizing the CCO's schedules, track responsibilities, and communicating concerns identified. Responsibilities also include managing departmental files and meeting organization. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. This position is hybrid and will require 2 days onsite in a week. Stronger Communities New York (SCNY) Stronger Communities New York (SCNY) is the parent company providing administrative support for both The House of the Good Shepherd and Together for Youth. This position will be a part of SCNY and is based in Utica, NY. The Director of Compliance and Risk will follow The House of the Good Shepherd's (HGS) guidelines regarding benefits, compensation and all policies and procedures as outlined in the HGS employee handbook.
