In the role of ERP Senior Project Manager we'll count on you to:

  • Provide Project Management leadership for special projects as assigned
  • Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to closure
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings and retrospectives
  • Plan functional and user acceptance testing schedule and resources to meet timeline
  • Assist with overall roadmap and environment planning of releases
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
  • Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Go/No-Go reviews
  • Facilitate the creation of Deployment and Implementation Plans
  • Lead and co-ordinate release activities including the execution of the deployment plans
  • Continually work towards making improvements to the release process
  • Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
  • Ensure release documentation is current
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Utilization of industry standard project management principles, methodologies and techniques
  • Good communication skills with all levels of management and within the team
  • Mentor and assist with training of new ERP team members


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI certification
  • Preferred candidates will have prior experience working with Agile project management methodologies
  • Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of IT management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
  • Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules.
  • Engineering and/or Construction background a plus.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
