Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customers in Christiansburg, VA. Here's what you'd do: Receive and verify incoming supplies/materials. Unload incoming materials and maintain dock/warehouse area. Package components and final assemblies per detailed packing instructions and process supporting documentation for all product shipments. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies. Assist with daily pickups and deliveries between facilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $20.00 /hr. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years experience in Operating Computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and data entry. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Shipping experience. Experience using Baan. Familiarity with carrier computer systems such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers to process shipments. Ability to interpret sales order instructions to determine shipping/packing methods and correct data entry to complete shipments. Have a fork truck certification or the ability to attain the certification. Ability to be self-motivated and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
