JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Harrisburg seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Fee Specialist to join the Office of Student Engagement as part of the Student Initiated Fee support team. The successful candidate will provide support during student fee meetings and manage all post-award responsibilities for the Student Initiated Fee. This includes post-award procurement, reconciliation, expense organization, and annual auditing of about $2,000,000 in student fee funds. This position requires strong organization, as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills. Computer system and data management proficiencies will also be required, particularly in Excel and Power BI. Key Responsibilities:
