Job Summary: As the SAP Training Lead you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for SAP end-users across the organization. You will lead the design and execution of training strategies that ensure all stakeholders are effectively equipped to follow Beldens global business processes and use SAP S/4HANA efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with various departments to tailor training materials that address specific business needs and drive user adoption. This remotely based role will report to the SAP Change Management Leader. You will make an impact in the following ways
What you will bring
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $112,300 - $168,500plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
