Join our team as an ABA Behavior Technician (which we call Counselor) at our May Center School in Wilmington and become a key player in shaping the educational journey of students ages 3-21 with developmental challenges. As a Counselor, using the proven methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll work hand-in-hand with our dedicated team of behavior analysts and educators to implement personalized behavior intervention plans, foster positive social interactions, and cultivate essential skills in a dynamic classroom environment.   Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or 1+ years working in direct care at May Institute is mandatory. The degree being in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. It lays a strong foundation for understanding and supporting individuals with developmental challenges.

  Experience: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable. Your hands-on experience adds depth to our team's expertise.
