We are currently seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist that is part of the RPS Product & Operations team and is responsible for helping manage and service retirement plan relationships. This role will have their own book of clients in our small market segment while also providing support to Advisors for larger clients. Additionally, the Sr Retirement Specialist will help enhance our product offering and delivery model by identifying and implementing ideas that produce a better client experience overall while driving internal benefits and efficiencies.

Key Accountabilities:

    Oversee day-to-day experience for retirement plan clients, including problem resolution, client service standards, interaction with recordkeepers and/or TPA partners.
  • Educate plan sponsors and assist in the documentation of plan sponsors fiduciary obligations.
  • Provide service to clients in accordance with our service model, legal governing documents, as well as ERISA (and other regulatory requirements).
  • Actively support growth of the department through participation and monitoring of progress for new client onboarding.
  • Execute on delivering education, investment and benchmarking reports, meeting minutes as applicable.
  • Develop and create client presentation materials for prospective and existing clients
  • Lead assigned projects related to enhancing our product offering and improving the efficiency of our service delivery model.
  • Assist with responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for prospective clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs to benchmark recordkeepers services and fees on behalf of existing clients.
  • Account maintenance of client information within RPAG, Salesforce

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years' related experience.
  • Certifications: Series 65 preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with RPAG and Salesforce a plus
