Job Description The Vertex Co-op Program offers students the opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry from a hands-on perspective. You will be working closely with and learning from some of the brightest people in the industry. Job Summary: The Global Contracting and TPRM team supports Vertex functions globally with third party risk management activities and negotiates contracts for Commercial and G&A functions globally. The student will have the opportunity to learn about the two functions and the processes they employ to manage company third party risk , contractual and inherent. The selected student will assist the team with implementation of the new Contract Lifecycle Management Tool and will execute tasks to support contract data clean up, contract migration, change management activities and overall implementation efforts. Key Responsibilities: The student will play a key role in the data migration efforts to support implementation of the new CLM tool and will have the opportunity to learn the end to end contract management process.
