Position: Part Time - Vault Services Specialist | Division: Retail FC
Work Days: Monday-Friday | Hours of Operation: 11:30am-5:00pm

Purpose of Position:
Processes high dollar/high
volume change orders and deposits for commercial customers. Processes ATM deposit pick-ups from third
party armored car vendor. Balances bank
general ledger and armored car accounts relating to currency and coin. Acts as the liaison for Financial Centers and
armored car vendor.
Key Accountabilities:
Review ICM reports to coordinate Financial Center and ATM cash orders.
Reconciles coin and cash inventory on hand at third party armored car vaults, maintaining established inventory limits at all times. Buys and sells inventory to Federal Reserve as needed.
Monitors ICM reports for outages and servicing discrepancies. Coordinate service date changes and special cash/coin orders with armored car vendor.
Maintains optimal cash levels for remote ATMs.
Demonstrate excellent cash handling ability and consistency to process high dollar change orders and commercial deposits while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Processes customer mail deposits.
Records transaction data on vault services rendered for commercial customers and inputs data for monthly account analysis.
Buys and sells money with Financial Centers as necessary.
Reviews and understands bank policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as state and federal policies and regulations related to the position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Competencies and Skills:
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of six (6) months cash handling or customer service experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills
Multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment.
1-2 years' vault or commercial teller experience preferred
Education Requirements:
Other Qualifications:
Use of Coin counter and Currency counter required
PC proficiency, software and all other office equipment required
Use of cash recycler preferred
Other Requirements:
Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing, occasional walking, lifting and maneuvering various denominations of cash and coins weighing approximately 25-50 lbs.
Requires close visual acuity.
Occasional travel within a geographic area may be required.
