Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a RN Cardiology Clinic Manager to lead our high-performing team in delivering outstanding cardiovascular care across multiple clinic locations in the Louisville area. What You'll Do:
As the Cardiology Clinic Manager, you'll serve as the heartbeat of our clinic operations, managing both the clinical team and the logistics that keep patient care running smoothly. You'll work side-by-side with providers, nurses, techs, and administrative staff to ensure top-tier care and efficient workflows across all cardiology clinic locations. Your impact includes:
Leading and mentoring a team of RNs, Medical Assistants, Patient Care Techs, and Heart Monitor staff Reviewing referrals and triaging patients to the right provider with the right timing Optimizing workflows and patient experience through process improvements and scheduling strategies Acting as a key liaison between clinic teams, physicians, and system resources Filling in gaps when needed to keep clinic operations running smoothly Developing staffing schedules for both central and rotating clinics Recruiting, training, and retaining a strong, cohesive clinical team Collaborating on budgets, strategic planning, and onboarding of new providers Participating in monthly provider meetings and presenting improvements or new processes Working with physician managers to plan clinic call schedules and expanded clinic days
What You'll Bring:
RN Licensure (Unrestricted) in the state(s) of practice Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with at least 2 years' experience in cardiology, critical care, or cath lab OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 5+ years of experience in the same areas 3+ years of leadership/management experience preferred BLS Certification required (American Heart Association) A natural problem solver, strong communicator, and team builder A passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence
