Position Summary The Director of Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities (EMU) is responsible for all engineering, maintenance, and utility operations at the Lincoln site, which includes the main site as well as separate facilities for warehousing and Research and Development. The position also provides oversight and support for the White Hall site and works closely with other Zoetis sites and Global Engineering. This includes capital planning and execution,maintenance and reliability, energy management, process automation, utility operations, site security and facilities management.The incumbent is a member of the Site Leadership team and drives key strategic initiatives to achieve site objectives for safety, quality,compliance, supply, and continuous improvementin support of Zoetis objectives, values, and leadership practices.
