Position Summary: The University of Virginia (UVA), one of the nation's leading public institutions, seeks an experienced, dynamic, and mission-driven leader to be the next Director, Identity Services Solutions (DISS). Reporting to the Deputy Chief Information Officer , the DISS will lead and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within the central information technology services organization. This role is critical in ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of the university's identity services infrastructure. The Director will work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain robust identity services solutions that meet the diverse needs of the UVA community. The complexity of this position requires strong leadership and the ability to balance the priorities with university strategies and business needs.
