Lawrence Berkeley National Lab's (LBNL) Physics Division has an opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow to work with Prof. Chiara Salemi in the fields of quantum sensing and axion dark matter. In this exciting role, you will lead R&D efforts on the development of SQUAT (superconducting quasiparticle-amplifying transmon) sensors for single THz photon detection and will be involved in the BREAD and/or DMRadio axion experiments. Efforts on BREAD include the development of a tunable THz calibration system and experimental integration. Efforts on DMRadio include analysis of the DMRadio-50L data, operation of DMRadio-50L, and design of the DMRadio-m^3 experiment. What You Will Do:
