Your role at BaxterThis is where you can make an impact. We are looking for a Global Process Owner for Hire to Retire (H2R) who will drive process excellence and innovation for HR globally. You will be accountable for end-to-end process strategy, design, delivery and continuous improvement of our processes, working closely with the HR CoEs to drive change in the wider HR organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform our HR function into a world-class entity through process excellence and technology innovation and enablers to create value. What you'll be doingAs part of a global business solutions transformation program, you will lead initiatives and improvements to drive and deliver the H2R transformation agenda. This includes developing a process vision and governance model, aligned with organizational goals, in collaboration with leaders, experts, and partners. Key responsibilities include:
We are seeking a senior HR leader with experience in all employee lifecycle processes (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Payroll, etc.).

The estimated base salary for this position is $200,000-275,000 USD annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
