HX5 is seeking a C4ISR Systems/Suitability TEST Support to join our team at Langley Air force Base in support of the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Advise and assist by supporting the development and implementation of T&E projects for C4ISR weapons system.
  • Advise and assist by interfacing with warfighter expertise across the Theater Air Control System (TACS), Intelligence Systems, and other C4ISR Systems as tasked.
  • Evaluate and report on interoperability Key Performance Parameters (KPP), training, documentation, and reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM).
  • Advise and assist in the development and production of draft test plans and reports for Government approval on each system for T&E.
  • Support C4ISR system T&E including Force Development Evaluation (FDE), Operational Utility Evaluation (OUE), Operational Assessments (OA), Tactics Development and Evaluation (TD&E) activities, Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations (ACTDs), Middle Tier Acquisitions (MTA), Rapid Prototyping Agile Concept Demonstrations, Operational Demonstrations, and special projects conducted and supported by the 605 TES.


Experience and Other Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience as C4ISR System/Suitability support required.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:



  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.


Other Position Requirements:



  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to date of hire.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI SSBI within eight (8) months of hire.
