Position Summary: Within the assigned territory, responsible for direct sales of company products and services. Contributes to the attainment of individual, area and company goals and objectives. Responsibilities
The Territory: The San Francisco Hemostasis sales territory covers accounts in Northern California, Hawaii, and Northern Nevada (not including Las Vegas).The ideal home location is somewhere within the Bay area.The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and capabilities:* 2-3 years of experience in a hospital lab as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or similar role in a hospital, research, or reference lab.* Science degree preferred* Sales experience is not necessary if you have lab experience or a science degree, but you must have an outgoing, organized, and self- motivated personality.* Willingness to travel Travel requirements:* Up to 50% travel.* This position is based out of a home office but requires daily travel to hospitals and other accounts to visit customers in person.* Anticipated overnight travel away from home of 6-8 days per month. Annual revenue is approximately $2 billion and more than 7,000 employees around the world comprise our Werfen team. The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000.
