In this role, you will:

Business Development:



  • Drive business development initiatives, focusing on client account management and identifying opportunities for Salesforce consulting services.
  • Travel 50% to 75% for client engagements, project milestones, marketing events, and networking opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with Salesforce account executives and the Salesforce user community (e.g., Salesforce User Groups).
  • Promote Salesforce solutions and expand Centric's presence within Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other specialized clouds like Financial Services Cloud and Commerce Cloud.


Practice Management:



  • Meet revenue and profitability targets for the Salesforce practice.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce practice leaders and department heads on project staffing and resource management.
  • Develop case studies, marketing materials, and sales collateral.
  • Manage operational administrative tasks to support role and practice requirements.


Project Delivery:



  • Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing comprehensive reports with findings, recommendations, and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.
  • Maintain an average billable use of approximately 65%-75%
  • Provide high-level Salesforce solution architecture and recommendations
  • Work with our team of 15+ Salesforce architects, admins, and developers to solution projects, including managing onshore, remote teams
  • Work with clients to define scope and approach for Salesforce projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery, deliverables creation and direction of project resources
  • Review and recommend improvements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, working closely with project partners.
  • Lead the design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform implementations.
  • Act as a release manager, approving configurations and coded items for deployment between environments.
  • Provide guidance on user story writing, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
  • Describe and justify design choices, ensuring comprehensive documentation of testing procedures.
  • Manage the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Engage in collaborative project and process planning.



Who You Are:



  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Experience working as one or all of the following: Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Architect, Consultant
  • Consulting Experience Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong online interaction capabilities.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, Proven ability to coach, motivate, and direct a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing tactical plans to support overarching strategies.
  • Required Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Additional certifications such as Administrator and Platform App Builder are advantageous.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record in strategic initiatives, leading projects, and delivery workstreams.
  • Ability to convey concepts with presentations visually and in writing, facilitating stakeholder decision-making.
