As a Brass Nailer with Bernhardt, you will be responsible for applying brass nails and related finishes to furniture, ensuring precise and high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with tools, and the ability to follow production instructions accurately. Key Responsibilities: Apply welt and welt grooves with precision. Brass nail using various sizes of nails, either by hand or with a nail gun as needed. Interpret and follow instructions on production tickets for nail and trim application. Apply glue adhesive for tape trim application. Install hardware as required. Utilize air screwdrivers and drills for assembly tasks. Operate a welt cutting machine to trim welt material before application. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
