Description GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development CAD Designer for our growing Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida offices. A successful candidate is one who uses engineering principles, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other softwares to design and develop plans for civil infrastructure projects. Job Duties: Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Participates in technical studies, design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans. Filling out and completing permit applications for processing. Construction administration support including field observation reports. General Characteristics Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments for the production of midsize to large projects. Minimum Years of Experience 10+ Years of Experience Education Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience. Certification/Licensure Driver's License Technical Responsibilities Lead and manage tasks to successful completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality. Why GAI?
