Northampton Community College (NCC) invites applications and nominations for its inaugural position of Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (Provost/VPASA). Located in scenic eastern Pennsylvania, NCC serves approximately 30,000 students each year through degree, certificate, workforce training, community education and youth programs.
The institution is strategically positioned to provide students with the education that they need to enter the workforce or to continue their studies. NCC's three locations are situated in the beautiful and historic Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountain regions, about 90 miles from New York City and 60 miles from Philadelphia with the college's largest campus located in Bethlehem Township, PA. The next provost/VPASA should be a transformative, success-focused leader, adept at implementing and managing multiple initiatives that will enhance and build on the current culture of academic excellence and collaborative partnerships. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the Provost/VPASA will report directly to the President. This executive-level position will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and management for a newly integrated academic and student affairs division.
