Overview
Our Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Management Administrator. In this pivotal role, you'll drive project success by seamlessly managing budgets, billing, and project setups in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring every detail aligns with client contracts and company policies. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence project outcomes, tackle challenges, and deliver impactful results that propel both client satisfaction and company growth. This position can be located in any of our office locations.
Responsibilities
In this role, every day is an opportunity to shape and influence the success of high-impact projects, from the initial setup to ensuring seamless execution. You'll work closely with a variety of teams, solve complex challenges, and drive financial accuracy. Other duties may include:
Project Leadership & Setup: Drive the success of projects by managing CRM and ERP systems, ensuring seamless initiation, setup, and budgeting
- Financial Oversight & Insight: Monitor project health, leverage key financial indicators, and deliver accurate reports that ensure projects stay on track and within budget
- Collaboration & Team Empowerment: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, solving challenges and driving collaboration to achieve project excellence
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Ensure smooth subcontractor engagements, from agreements to timely payments, ensuring project goals are met
- Training & Compliance Excellence: Champion quality assurance and client-specific training, ensuring projects meet all required standards and exceed expectations
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key project data, identify solutions, and deliver critical reports that support informed decision-making and project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related industry experience in federal government, contract services, or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of business administration, project controls or support role in a technical or consulting environment
- Demonstrated business/financial aptitude
- Must have the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
- Excellent organization and time management skills, very detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment and always be professional due to the confidential nature of the project work
- Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel (including tables/charts/formulas) and Word (including formatting)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work and communicate across all levels of an organization
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
