We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team under our 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, Ampcus Forensics. Positions will be available throughout the US. The Ampcus Corporate office is located in Chantilly, VA. About the Role: The Chief Forensics Officer will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. The role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of forensic accounting and the insurance industry, along with a track record of success working in the field. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the firm s long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives. Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure the firm's financial health and profitability. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships. Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture in order to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques. Identify and mitigate risks to the firm, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the firm's overall performance. Oversee the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc. Represent Ampcus at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
