JOB TITLE: Workforce Technical Analyst (Sharepoint) DEPARMENT: Human Resources LOCATION: Professional Building, 1950 West Polk St. Chicago, IL 60612 SHIFT: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM This position is exempt from Career Service under the CCH Personnel Rules. Job Summary Under direction of the HRIS Manager or designee, the Workforce Technical Analyst provides support to all functional areas within Cook County Health (CCH) assisting with Human Resources (HR) system maintenance, testing, and auditing. The Workforce Technical Analyst is responsible for creating and maintain sites with the SharePoint platform. Works with HR to drive efficiency, improve service with technology, and provide a desired user experience. Administers and supports additional systems, including Applicant Tracking (Taleo) and HR ServiceLink (Salesforce.com). Assists end users throughout CCH by responding to functional questions. Creates and maintains documentation supporting responses to functional questions. Creates queries and reports using system reporting tools and Excel. Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Provides training and development to users as requested. Provides requested information to support audit requests within HR as well as from external customers. Typical Duties
