SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing general building maintenance and supporting the mechanical needs of the facility to prevent unplanned downtime. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform General facility maintenance. Change light bulbs as needed. Complete basic carpentry and painting task. Complete general upkeep functions throughout the facility. Document maintenance records of all work performed. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Basic computer operating skills required (Word, Excel). Be proficient in writing and communication skills.
