The "Program Director for Neuropsychology" is responsible for oversight of programming, staff training, and ensuring adherence to the most effective evidence based psychological assessment and treatment modalities for neuropsychology services. They report directly to the Director of Psychology and serve as a liaison between the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health and departments/divisions where neuropsychology services are provided.

Technical Expertise
1. Skilled in communicating evidence-based practice findings to diverse audiences.
2. Ability to develop and deliver evidence-based practice education and training materials to diverse audiences.
3. Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based practice programs.
4. Experience supervising clinical staff and overseeing clinical programs.
5. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
6. Experience working with electronic medical record software, such as EPIC, is preferred.

Requirements: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in child clinical psychology/pediatric psychology including completion of an internship in an APA/CPA-accredited child psychology/pediatric psychology program, eligibility for licensure in Ohio, and completion of a formal two-year Pediatric Neuropsychology Post-doctoral Fellowship (APPCN preferred). Experience with medical populations is preferred. Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology must be obtained within 5 years of hire.

Education and Experience

1. Years of relevant experience contributing and overseeing evidence-based neuropsychological assessment
programand clinical staff: minimum of three years preferred.
2. Education: PhD or PsyD, ABPP certification required
