Your role Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will: Work as part of Amdocs Billing Operations QA Team preparing and executing test cases, raising any defects they identify for resolution. What you will bring with you You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026. For this position, you need to bring your bachelor's degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and a desire to learn how you can impact mobile billing systems at Spectrum. This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field.
