The Corporate Aircraft FAA licensed dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and dispatch,
revising and cancelling of company owned aircraft and externally chartered aircraft. Responsibilities
encompass all aspects of trip planning, including preparing and coordinating aircraft schedules according
to crew and aircraft availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customer/employee requests and
government regulations.

WHAT OUR CORPORATE AIRCRAFT FAA LICENSED DISPATCHERS ENJOY MOST

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, ground handling, crew assignment, flight following, hotel and ground transportation, fuel procurement, flight data entry and associated FAA, IRS, ESG, and SEC recording keeping and reporting. This position is also responsible for office administrative duties for services, equipment, and facilities for the department.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• This position maintains a high level of expertise in world-wide regulatory compliance, Company policies, departmental processes and established Standard Operating Procedures. Applicant must possess a valid FAA Dispatcher License and have 5+ years experience in either a corporate or commercial aviation setting. Qualified candidates should also have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Aviation Dispatching. Currency will be maintained in this position by attending recurrent, yearly training at an FAA-approved training facility and/or observation of at least five hours of flight deck operations or simulator operations.
• The licensed dispatcher should also anticipate involvement in the aviation industry by attending industry
  relevant conferences and active participation within the scheduling/dispatch community.
