Evolver Federal is looking for a Web Developer to join our team in support of our DoD customer located at Ft. Knox, KY.

This is an Onsite role requiring 5 days a week onsite at Ft. Knox.

As part of a team, the Web Developer is responsible for providing web content creation and editing supporting the web master functions and web initiatives.

Responsibilities



  • Provide organizational support for SharePoint administration, programming, site content development, and sustainment.
  • Assist with the design of dynamic and static web content using graphical development applications: HTML, ASP, .net, PHP, XML, XSL, JAVA, JavaScript, VB Script, word press, and other web technologies.
  • Work with organizational areas in support of page conceptualization, creation, and maintenance.
  • Work with database administrators and end-users in the modeling, normalizing, and tuning of data structures and design of interactive interfaces.
  • Assist in the test, evaluation, and implementation of new and emerging web-based technologies.
  • Assist with the content development and management of social media sites.
  • Assist with the content of command mobile applications.
  • Plan, create, and produce pictures, drawings, and graphics materials using computer graphics software packages or other mediums.
  • Assist with the content development of artistic themes in flyers, posters, advertising, handbooks, or other presentation materials.
  • Use graphic design technology and computer software to produce designs, layouts, and templates.
  • Work with in house graphics personnel, advertising agency representatives, web developers, and management to interpret ad and theme direction to design and re-design layouts to meet organizational advertising branding requirements.



Basic Qualifications



  • Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen.
  • Must possess a current DoD Secret Clearance or be eligible to get a DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, inclusive of drug screening.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Knox, KY to work onsite full time.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Ten (10) years of Information Management experience supporting military organizations may be substituted for the degree.
  • 5 years of experience in supporting data modeling and standardization practices.
  • 5 years of experience with the design of dynamic and static web content using graphical development applications like HTML, ASP, .net, PHP, XML, XSL, JAVA, JavaScript, VB Script, word press, and other web technologies.
  • Must be willing to travel if/when needed to other customer locations within the United States (U.S.) and to U.S. territories (approximately 10%).



Preferred Qualifications



  • A current Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 7 years of experience in supporting data modeling and standardization practices.
  • 7 years of experience with the design of dynamic and static web content using graphical development applications like HTML, ASP, .net, PHP, XML, XSL, JAVA, JavaScript, VB Script, word press, and other web technologies.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge and experience of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
  • Must have an impeccable work ethic, the ability to make sound decisions, and a commitment to integrity and accountability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
