HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

The Complaints Communication Analyst acts as a bridge between the bank customer and business teams including Team Leaders, Ops Managers, Senior Management and Compliance, by writing clear, comprehensive and accurate responses to customer complaints.



  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge across US Deposits savings products and Servicing teams
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with subject matter experts to triage issues and craft responses based on complaint resolution
  • Write and review Regulatory complaint responses that reflect the utmost level of professionalism and respect for the customer
  • Maintain consistent language following Marcus Brand style at all times
  • Actively engage and participate in process improvement and change initiatives
  • Ensure complaint responses are compliant, consistent and accurate
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Opportunities for elevated levels of responsibility and advancement


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Experience writing in a Customer Service and/or Compliance environment preferred
  • Experience with Content Writing and/or Financial Services preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work occasional non-peak, after hours, when needed
