Vice President, Client Experience Digital Weber Shandwick iscurrently seeking aVice President Digital, Client Experienceto join our Healthcare teams in our Boston office to help lead integration across marketing functions on behalf of a major healthcare brand. This position is responsible for driving the success of the client relationship, including meeting client objectives within given budgets, and translating all these factors into strategic briefs and corresponding planning documents to ensure client satisfaction. The Vice President Digital, Client Experienceis responsible for working with cross-functional teams in the development and oversight of the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives including development of campaigns, content creation and measuring the effectiveness of our initiatives. An ideal candidate will have deep experience in the social and digital space on notable brands and be in tune with emerging trends within digital and social media, as well as understand the broader cultural shift-taking place through digital means. Client-facing responsibilities will include strategic program planning, managing programs and activities to meet business objectives, effectively delegating projects, providing strategic counsel to team members and allocating agency resources while managing client schedules and budgets. We want someone who is collaborative and willing to work on teams to do bold new things.
