Maintenance Tech *Shift: 1st, (May vary)* *Pay: $26-$30/hr (Based on Experience)* We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team at our Jackson facility. This position requires a well-rounded mechanical and electrical skill set but does not demand the same high skill level required at our Hartford location. This is a great opportunity for a tech with a solid maintenance background looking to work in a stable, supportive environment. Job Description: Troubleshoot and repair a variety of production equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic). Perform preventive maintenance on machines including CNC mills, cranes, forklifts, overhead doors, and fabrication tools. Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders to complete tasks accurately. Assist with general facility maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, etc.). Coordinate with contractors for installations and major repairs. Support R&D with fixture builds and prototype support. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety policies at all times. Qualifications: Experience with forklifts, cranes, and lifts in an industrial setting. Skilled in basic fabrication and general trades (plumbing, carpentry, welding). Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
