General Dentist

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our team at Naval Station Great Lakes in Waukegan, Illinois, located on the beautiful North Shore of Chicago. As a civilian contractor, you will enjoy a stable and rewarding career with a predictable schedule, no evening or weekend responsibilities and a supportive team of dental hygienists and assistants.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality general dentistry services to active-duty military personnel and their dependents
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with clinic protocols and HIPAA regulations
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in dentistry from an accredited dental school approved by the Council on Dental Education of the ADA
• At least 12 months of experience as a General Dentist within the preceding 36 months, newly graduated Dentists will also be considered
• Successfully completed at least 12 classroom hours of continuing dental education within the preceding 24 months to maintain skills and knowledge as a General Dentist
• Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
