Description

The Lead Line Maintenance Representative will oversee station operations; maintain work schedules and shift rotation; schedule casual mechanics; act as liaison with Port Authority and ABF; manage petty cash fund; perform all other lead functions; perform preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with specified manuals, procedures and FAA regulations; perform other duties as necessary.

Position Location: AFW - ABX Aircraft Maintenance, 301 Intermodal Pkway Building 3, Haslet, TX 76052

Requirements:



  • Must have High School Diploma / GED
  • A&P License
  • Ability to pass an MVR background check
  • 4 years of experience in all phases of commercial transport aircraft
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot aircraft systems
  • Excellent knowledge of theory of aircraft construction and systems
  • Ability to travel on company aircraft
  • Ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
  • Communicate effectively
  • Work in adverse/outdoor conditions
  • Wear a respirator/safety protective equipment as indicated
  • Lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Perform work at heights up to 60 ft.
