Job Summary High level knowledge of recipe, ingredients, raw materials and their function Proficient in IFF's data management systems (SAP, IFFman, and Catalyst, GIAS, Salesforce.com and other relevant systems) Great problem solving skill which helps to prove effective solution Good knowledge on flavor and ingredients legislation in the region Able to identify and garner technical and other resources example from sensory team needed to support customer projects Strong ability to manage high potential values project to avoid pitfalls and eliminate roadblocks Strong ability to link customer needs to IFF's capability and technologies. Able to identify flavor and texture opportunities with customers and provide feedback internally of product gaps in our portfolio Promotes, participates and supports Category aligned initiatives. Contributes to the strategy of their local execution and their positioning with customers Strong understanding of IFF's product portfolio and technologies and able to articulate relevant advantages to customers. Provide and contribute to the development of IFF's tools Fosters the use of new materials and technologies from the Innovation programs, gathers critical feedback from team for continuous refinement Comfortable to lead customer working sessions, strong ability to listen to customers and deliver on their expectations Able to translate customer needs and communicate within and outside functions to build optimal Product Design Works to build customer network through customer interactions at product trainings, working sessions, presentations, and industry events Collaborates with commercial partners to develop strategies to better serve customer needs Demonstrates IFF's technology and innovation to customers with confidence Understands local vision for growth and competitive landscape Able to solicit input and ideas from the customers and translate those into possible technologies for IFF pipeline development Execution of teams' development plan using SMART objectives and personal aligned with Category and business objectives Proven ability to develop people, being a good coach, listener; can provide constructive feedback, willing to mentor others within the organization Provides challenging tasks and assignments, fosters an open and inviting environment Is an inclusive leader, understanding different points of view and requesting feedback from others, embraces diversity in people and thinking Able to attract, develop, engage, retain talent.
