Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some holiday, on-call and night shift coverage required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Clinic is open nights and weekends and all holidays.

We are seeking a Patient Access Lead to:



  • Oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department.
  • Partner closely with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to the registration and admissions work units in the clinics and the hospital divisions.
  • Ensure effective operations by organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the department workload.

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Health Info Management, or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role

Preferred - Two years of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role with progressive leadership responsibilities
