The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

This Director E Commerce Marketplaces position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our digital footprint, and optimizing sales through various third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Staples, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in e-commerce marketplace management.

This role manages the marketing programs and sales growth for all Justrite products on these websites.

In this role, you will report directly to the GM Commercial Chem Safety, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Develop and Execute Marketplace Strategy: Define and implement the overall marketplace strategy aligned with the company's manufacturing goals. Identify and prioritize e-commerce platforms that align with our product portfolio and customer base.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets by maximizing sales and profitability on existing marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Business, Walmart) and exploring new marketplace opportunities. Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase market share and customer acquisition.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including inventory management, order processing, logistics, and customer service. Ensure seamless integration with internal ERP systems and adherence to manufacturing quality standards.
  • Build and Manage Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of e-commerce and marketplace specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key marketplace partners, distributors, and third-party service providers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to optimize partnership outcomes and ensure compliance with marketplace regulations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to evaluate marketplace performance and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations, product listings, and data protection policies. Proactively address risks related to counterfeit products, intellectual property rights, and regulatory requirements specific to the manufacturing sector.



Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint



Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with all levels of stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ERP systems).



Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130K to $190K.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
