Civil Engineer - Land Development

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be the engineering design of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Researches available data required for design of individual projects.
• Confers with Client, Contractors and other engineers to clarify and resolve problems; prepares design modifications.
• Prepares calculations for design of stormwater management systems.
• Prepares pump station calculations for design of wastewater pumping stations.
• Prepares water modeling calculations for design of potable water system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent from accredited University.
• Minimum 1 year of civil design experience.
• Previous experience working with private development projects preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD 3D knowledge.
• Team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
