JOB TITLE: CRM Developer - Top Secret Required

GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DOJ NSD - National Security Division

POSITION INFORMATION: Full-Time Position; Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD

LOCATION: Employee must work onsite at one of the following two approved DOJ work locations - Washington, DC OR Bluemont, VA (Mount Weather)

POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4+ weeks to process

The mission of the National Security Division (NSD) is to carry out the Department's highest priority: to combat terrorism and other threats to national security. The Infrastructure Support and Software Development Services division provides all IT services necessary to support the NSD's Infrastructure & Operations as well as Software Development, Engineering, and Service Desk.

Responsibilities

    Responsible for design, development, and modifications to extend capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to optimize use of the modules to include but not limited to ITSM, ITBM and SPM for NSD business processes.
  • Provides development and maintenance of Salesforce as a case/matter management platform. This includes the use of native Salesforce applications, custom developed workflows, and Application Programming Interface from a variety of resources, including, but not limited to: Litify/LegalStratus: Legal Matter Management Salesforce Native Application, iPublic Sector Foundations, Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus, Flosum (Dev Ops), Additional integration with mission partner data repositories (e.g. Max.gov).


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
  • Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree, preferred
  • Active Top Secret, required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate must be able to function in general office environment.
