The Upgrade Concierge team continues to evolve to provide proactive solutions and long-term value to our customers. We are confident in our proven sales development process and ability to ensure peace of mind to all customers nationwide.

The purpose of the Vivint Upgrade Concierge team is 1) to delight our existing Vivint customers with our service, 2) to present innovative equipment upgrades, and 3) to create opportunities to save money. Upgrade Concierge Professionals reach out to our existing customers. Successful specialists strategically anticipate and identify customer needs to maintain our world class service. We are looking for high-quality and hardworking individuals with growth mindsets to join Vivint!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekends!

Training: Paid, Mandatory Training (3 weeks)

Pay: $14/hr + uncapped commission (average earnings of $50,000+)

A Day in the Life:

  • Effective specialists are dedicated to providing value in all interactions both with our customers and internally.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)

  • Must be able to commute to our Lindon office

  • Must be able to commit to at least 6 months employment

  • Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)

  • Prior sales experience is a plus

  • Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
