Overview:

We are seeking an attorney to join our Oil & Gas team in our Bismarck office. As an attorney in our Energy Department, you will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors. In this position you will draft and review commercial agreements, assist with regulatory and permitting filings and proceedings, and work on a variety of transactional and financing matters. The ideal candidate will have an interest in energy, real estate, and regulatory matters, be proactive in seeking opportunities, and skilled at effectively managing workload.

Our IdealCandidates Will Have:

• Prior legal experience, but we are open to considering entry-level candidates
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of North Dakota
