Conrad is a leader in the interior design industry, specializing in custom ordered, hand-woven window coverings. Work closely with our customers and master weavers to create beautiful, unique, and sustainably sourced custom shades. We strive to consistently exceed our clients' expectations.

Position: The Production Support position is key to assisting our Production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Product Inquiries:
  • Respond promptly to product-related inquiries from the Sales Department.
  • Provide clear and accurate production details to support quoting and order placement.
  • COM (Customer's Own Material) Coordination:
  • Track and confirm the availability and readiness of customer-supplied materials.
  • Communicate status updates to Sales and flag delays or shortages.
  • Customer Service Order (CSO) Support:
  • Review CSO inquiries to assess feasibility of requests such as retrofits, cut-downs, or repairs.
  • Advise labor needs and provide recommendations based on current production capacity.
  • Quality Control Backup:
  • Assist with shade and order inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Serve as a backup for the Quality Control team as needed.
  • Production Coordination:
  • Support Team Captains by ensuring timely availability of components and materials needed for order completion.
  • Communicate special instructions or order modifications clearly to production staff.
  • General Manufacturing Duties:
  • Participate in hands-on production activities as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and production tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance.

A starting compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $25.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
