Accounts Payable Associate position will report to the Senior Accountant. The position is responsible for supporting the employee corporate card program. Primary responsibilities include accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports, enforcing the T&E policy which may include troubleshooting situations in a firm but professional manner, managing employee card accounts, assisting employees with the expense reporting application and ad hoc analysis.

Skills/knowledge/abilities:



  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of data



Other Requirements



  • Detail orientated
  • Handle deadline driven tasks


  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Knowledge of credit card processing
  • Knowledge of Certify a plus


Primary Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the daily review of expenses reports to ensure transactions are accurately reported in accordance with policy. They will be supporting the activity of over one thousand card holders and will be expected to maintain an accurate queue on a regular basis. They should also anticipate interactions with internal stakeholders such as cardholder inquiries, questioning the nature of expenses and requesting additional support. This position will also be responsible for the personal reimbursement process of employee expenses.
