Work Schedule: 100% FTE, mainly day hours with rotating night and weekends (10-12 hour shifts). Includes additional compensation for night and weekend hours. External hires may be eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Be part of something remarkable. Come provide care to adults with serious neurological illnesses in our Neuroscience ICU. At UW Health - an academic medical center and Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Program - you will treat the most complex trauma and stroke cases in the state. Education: Minimum - If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner*:
