Description Summary
Thrive boasts a diverse workforce of roughly 400 staff members and a very high retention rate of clinical staff - reoccurring over 80%! The CRNP-PMH or MD at Thrive will work as part of a team providing care to children and adults. They will evaluate, provide care, and medication management as appropriate. This role may be conducted in other Thrive offices as desired by prescriber and needed by agency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 1. Knowledge of industry standards: organization, theory, principles, and research processes, quality improvement and change management techniques, accreditation and regulatory standards, ability to assess clinical care requirements based on medical, basic psychotherapeutic, and human development principles, scope of practice, and regulatory standards. 2. Treatment knowledge: Provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment to assigned caseload consistent with treatment plans and conducts effective sessions on a regular basis using appropriate modalities. 3. Knowledge of medications: indications, dosage ranges, side effects, potential toxicity, etc. 4. Able to work effectively with the client and assigned clinician to implement solutions and model appropriate behaviors. 5. Professional readiness: Issues related to self-awareness, diversity, ethics and continuing education. 6. Knowledge of PC software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred. 7. Understanding: code of ethics for respective profession and seeks consultation with supervisor when necessary. 8. Written and oral communication skills; must be able to concentrate on work amid distractions such as noise, conversations and foot traffic. 9. Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision in an unstructured environment with multiple demands. 10. Reading and writing level that can clearly express or understand complex concepts, assessments, directions and processes or sequences of events-level equivalent to at least four years of college. 11. Ability to represent the program well in interactions both inside and outside the facility 12. Working knowledge of DSM 5 diagnoses & has the ability to asses and diagnose according to DSM 5 diagnostic criteria. The Position Offers:
